Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do you own or have the rights to all imagery supplied?
Yes. All images we provide are either taken on our nursery, sourced from Canva with permission, or provided directly by breeders and young plant suppliers. We have full rights to use these images and also grant you permission to use them on your platform.
Are there any platform restrictions for selling?
No, there are no restrictions. You can sell on any platform. While we do have a few professional sellers on Amazon, there is no exclusivity.
How is payment handled?
Each month, we will download your list of orders and issue an invoice accordingly.
How is stock managed?
You won’t need to manually monitor stock. Once our products are added to your site, our system continuously updates stock levels in real time.
Are there any delivery restrictions?
Yes. Deliveries are limited to mainland UK only. We do not deliver to Ireland, Jersey/Guernsey, or any other islands.
What is your refund or damaged goods policy?
If a product arrives damaged or in poor condition, please provide a photo. We will offer a refund or replacement.
While we take full responsibility for the quality and delivery of plants, you will need to liaise with your customer directly. Our plants and packaging are of very high quality, so issues are rare.
What will be inside the box? Is there any reference to us or third parties?
There is no reference to us or any third party. Your branding is applied to the packing slip inside the box or stuck to the box lid. We can also print a branded label for the front of the box and include a leaflet if required. Please note that both services incur a surcharge.
Out Of Stock Plants
Seasonal plants are grown in batches and once they sell out, they remain unavailable until the next season. New plants/products will simply need to be added as they’re introduced.

We pick orders at 7:00 AM every weekday and ship via next-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 7:00 AM are shipped the next day.
- For example, an order placed on Monday at 7:10 AM will be shipped Tuesday and arrive Wednesday.
- Orders placed Friday morning will be shipped Monday and delivered Tuesday.
